Description

This relatively small peninsula is located on the east side of the Pamtam Straits. In comparison to the dry weather that plagues much of the Kolshushu Region, Buburimu is often visited by occasional squalls that provide enough water for certain grasses to grow. Also, on the eastern tip of the peninsula, a strangely shaped rock formation can be found. At night, the ore deposits within the formation give off a fluorescent light that acts as a marker for passing ships. The Tarutaru call this place the Kibubu Lighthouse.

LOCATION -E-7 Behind the Outpost
LEVELS - 12 - 20
TARGETS - Sylvestre, Mighty Rarab, Tier 1 Goblins, Zu (past level 15)
SUMMARY - Lots of mobs in this area and great for a small group or a duo situation (DD + HEALER) The Rarabs can blind on occasion making a WHM nice for blindna. Usually being lower level than the mobs you'll want all the accuracy you can get. This is also a great place for defensive skill ups as the Sylvesters are all monks and hit twice. (Evasion, Parry, Guard all gain very well off of them). With the new update to EP & DC monsters you can safely and quickly level up to 20 in the camp in the aforementioned duo situation. Beastmasters also fare really well here and can pit the weaker mob on to the Goblins and Zu's. After level 17-18 or so, you can start to include Zu's into the mix for good exp.

RECOMENDATIONS - Any DD + a healer. Have the DD go out and pull the mob into the came (shoot, throw, cast, even provo works). Don't engage the target until you are back into the camp. Inbetween the last heal and your next pull, the healer can take a knee and rest up their MP for the next volley. Focus on using the best heal for your buck. 1 Cure III is better than a ton of Cure I's. If MP regen is an issue, bring cookies. For the DD, focus on some good defense and accuracy. Sushi is a bit overkill at this level, but a good rice ball or even the jack-o-latern is a good choice until you get closer to the level of the mobs. If possible get the outpost warp to this area, it is really nice if things go bad to get out of dodge quickly!



LOCATION -F-7 Mountain Pass
LEVELS - 12 - 20
TARGETS - Sylvestre, Mighty Rarab, Tier 1 Goblins, Zu (past level 15)
SUMMARY - Heading east from the outpost and down the hill, you can pull up at the 'T' intersection here and camp with your back to the mountain walls. The spawn rate seems to be slighyly faster here, but that could be to slightly more mobs in this area. There are a few more goblins (tinkerer and ambushers) and several Zu's. Becareful if you camp on the northern side near the standalone rock formations...you can target a linking mob and have one hidden around the corner join up in the battle.

RECOMENDATIONS - Same setup as the outpost camp. I prefered to have my back to the mountain wall to the north to eliminate a susprise behind attack. You can easily do the same here and, actually, with the EP and DC exp increase rack up some decent gains. Warp into the outpost at level 20-22, slaughter all the bunnies and mandies as you run east towards Mhaura. Pick up 60-90 exp on the Zu's, gobbies, and eventually Dhamals.
